Customer Service Representative - Sales associate (f/m)_PL_WARSAW

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The role involves providing operational and commercial support to the Key Account Manager, ensuring the efficient fulfilment of orders and a high standard of customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating communication with clients, suppliers and internal departments, as well as independently managing the sales process: from preparing quotations and conducting negotiations through to finalising transactions and reporting results.

This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth running of sales processes, building long-term business relationships and supporting the company’s growth in an international environment.

 

OPPORTUNITIES

• Providing comprehensive support to the Key Account Manager,
• Overseeing the end‑to‑end order fulfilment process to ensure timely and accurate execution,
• Managing commercial communication with customers and suppliers to maintain strong business relationships,
• Collaborating closely with the logistics and finance teams to secure smooth operational flow,
• Conducting in‑store sales activities, including preparing quotations, leading negotiations, finalizing transactions, and reporting results,

BACKGROUND

• A working knowledge of English is essential (for day-to-day communication with both suppliers and Supervisor),

• a university degree,

• the ability to organize one’s own work and a focus on sales targets,

• excellent interpersonal skills, commitment and creativity,

• availability and the ability to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships
